Overview

You are trying to access the Brick Portal at https://cloud.brick.bot

  • The website is down and you cannot log in
  • You have tried clearing your browser cache
  • You are not able to make any changes in your term store
  • You are getting a “Site can’t be reached” error

Solution

Our Infrastructure team has launched a new Brick Portal https://brick.bonzaicloud.com/,

    1. You can use the same credentials to log in to this portal as it is the same portal, just the domain link changed. 
    2. If you forgot your password, please use the "Forgot your password?" option.

As mentioned in BOINT-22430, this is intentional, and won't be fixed.
