You notice that the content editing ribbon is missing.
Solution
Find out which account is being used so the proper account is deleted
-
- Go to Site Settings -> Under Web Design Galleries -> Master pages and page layouts.
- Navigate to Bonzai folder -> Bonzai.master
- Download and provide a copy of the bonzai.master page and send to Bonzai Support

This issue has been seen when there is a duplicate Brick account.

- Contact the SaaSOps team to remove the duplicate Brick account
- Confirm with the customer once SaaSOps completes the removal process
