You are experiencing issues with some inappropriate comments on the site that you would like to take down. You require guidance on how to find and remove these comments.

Solution

Bonzai does not provide any system for automatically locating the comments you want to remove. The steps below detail the process for manually finding these within the Comments list on the page containing the items you want to remove.

1. Go to the page where you see these comments.
2. Navigate to the Settings Cog > Site contents.
3. Select the Comments list.
4. Click the comment that you want to remove.
   
   
   Note: You can utilize the search bar above the comment list to locate the comment based on its content.
   
   
5. From the Top Ribbon, select Items > Delete Item.
   
   
   
   
6. When prompted, select OK to confirm the removal.

Testing

Go back to the page where you saw the comment and refresh the page by clicking (CTRL+F5) to confirm that you deleted the comment.
