Content editor tool bar missing for Bonzai Page Templates

Overview

The Content Editor toolbar is missing for Bonzai page templates, or when you try to edit the news page or event page, the styling and formatting of the site is greyed out and not visible. The Site is on 2.2.11.

 

Solution

This may happen when an old CSS override is set on the customer master page. Please contact Bonzai Support and provide them with a HAR file.

Please take the required steps and ask for customer confirmation that this resolved their issue.
