Overview
You want to create a new BRICK user account, either because a new user is taking over the Bonzai Intranet administration for your company or you need an additional account to refresh the cache when another associate with an account is not available.
Note: a single user cannot have access to more than one account at the same time. For more information, please refer to this article.
Solution
- Contact Bonzai Support with an account creation request and provide the following details of the new user:
- First and last name
- Email address
- A support agent will confirm when the new account is created and provide you with the username
- Check the new user's inbox and spam folders for the welcome email
- Ensure that the new user resets their password
